Umesh Shrestha is the current health and population minister of Nepal in 2021. He is the health and population minister of Nepal after Hridayesh Tripathi.

Umesh Shrestha is a Nepali politician and businessman, currently serving as State Minister for Health and Population since 25 July 2021.

Hridayesh Tripathi was also a member of the current ruling party Communist Party of Nepal (CPN).
