Like you said small things like date and scientists names, it’s not so important usually but while understanding concepts you will know those things easily, these things will help you to know what question is expecting from you and what you should answer. IOE rarely asks questions in the form of GK.
3)The most bigger problem is that my chemistry?:
Everyone’s not only your’s, hehe, but Chemistry must also be taken as the method, not fact, while you study chemistry to maintain the concept by storytelling and flow must be understood as not only you, almost everyone cannot remember the vast contents of Chemistry.

Try to understand the concepts of those postulates because the questions will be asked from the meanings hidden under postulates, not exactly postulates.
