Manakamana Smart Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Ltd. has issued 3,89,000 units of ordinary shares worth Rs. 3.89 crores to the general public from 17 Ashad 2078. The issue will close on 21 Ashad 2078.
According to CDSC, 11,79,712 applicants have applied for a total of 1,57,20,120 units by the second day.

Pre-allotment is over on Friday, 9 July 2021
The pre-allotment of Manakamana Smart Microfinance IPO has ended on Friday.NMB Capital, the sales manager, has stated that the pre-allotment has been completed and submitted to the Securities and Exchange Board.
Capital has stated that it is preparing to distribute the IPO of microfinance within the next Monday as soon as the pre-allotment is over. “The pre-allotment is over today,” a Capital representatives statement to the news.

Microfinance had issued 3,89,000 ordinary shares with a face value of Rs 100 per share since July 30.

In the IPO brought by the company for sale 73 times, i.e. 2 million 36 thousand 245 applications have been received for the purchase of 26.5 million 74 thousand 50 shares equal to Rs. 2.65 billion.
This is 73.10 times more than the 363,492 lots allocated by microfinance for the general public.

As there are more applications than demand in the IPO of microfinance, the distribution will be done as per the Securities Issuance and Distribution Directive.
According to the directive, only 36,349 lucky people will get shares of microfinance if at least 10 lots are distributed through the round-robin Lottery fashion. Accordingly, more than 98.10 per cent will not get shares.

Out of this, microfinance has allocated 6,058 shares, i.e. 0.5 per cent of the issued capital, for the employees and 5 per cent of the total issue, i.e. 19,450 shares for the collective investment fund. Only the remaining 3,63,492 lots will be distributed to the general public.
